# Your first launch

After this, you'll have gone from a fresh account to a live token, start to finish.

**Time needed:** 10 min

**You'll need:**

- A device with a browser and access to ballistic.app
- Some SOL (Solana's native coin) to fund your launch
- Your token's name, symbol and image

### Sign in [#sign-in]

Create your account from your invite link with Google or a Solana wallet. See [Sign up and sign in](https://ballistic.app/docs/getting-started/sign-up/).

### Find your primary wallet [#find-your-primary-wallet]

Your primary wallet is created for you on the Wallets page. See [Wallet Manager](https://ballistic.app/docs/wallets/wallet-manager/).

### Add wallets (optional) [#add-wallets-optional]

Add more wallets, or buy aged wallets from the Wallet Oven so they already have on-chain history. See [Wallet Oven](https://ballistic.app/docs/wallets/wallet-oven/).

### Create your token [#create-your-token]

Set the name, symbol, image and launchpad. See [Create a token](https://ballistic.app/docs/launch/create-token/).

### Configure the launch [#configure-the-launch]

Pick a mode, set your buy amount and how many wallets buy at launch. Block-0 is the usual choice. See [Configure your launch](https://ballistic.app/docs/launch/configure/).

### Fund the launch [#fund-the-launch]

The funding page shows your launch's [funding wallet](https://ballistic.app/docs/launch/funding/) address and the amount to send. Send that much SOL to it, wait for the balance to confirm, then press **Fund**. Ballistic then sends SOL from the funding wallet to each buyer wallet. Ballistic creates the token and buys across your wallets in the same block.

### Trade and manage [#trade-and-manage]

## Launching on Robinhood Chain [#launching-on-robinhood-chain]

On Robinhood Chain you launch on Pons in Block-0 or Reserve mode, funded with ETH, and the setup form tells you the one amount to fund. See [Reserve mode](https://ballistic.app/docs/launch/reserve-mode/).

## What can go wrong [#what-can-go-wrong]

| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| The launch will not fire | Your buyer wallets are not fully funded | Complete funding first. The launch only fires once every buyer wallet holds its share of SOL. |
| Fund stays disabled | The funding wallet holds less than the amount shown | Send the difference to the funding wallet address on the funding page. |
| I want a clean map | The wash is off, so your buys link together on-chain | Run the wash from the **Wash Bundle** button on the token page. Next time, leave Automatically wash bundle on. |
