Introduction

Ballistic is a blockchain-based tool designed for seamless token launches and cryptocurrency purchases. It operates across multiple blockchain networks, including Solana (SOL), Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Ethereum (ETH). As a permissionless platform, Ballistic empowers users to deploy, manage, distribute, and trade crypto assets without the need for centralized oversight.

By accessing or using Ballistic, you acknowledge that:

  • Ballistic operates entirely on blockchain technology and is not governed by any centralized entity.
  • Your actions and transactions are solely your responsibility.
  • Ballistic does not control or intervene in user activities.
  • Ballistic is not liable for any misuse of its tools or services.
  • Users interact with smart contracts at their own risk.

1. DECENTRALIZED OPERATION & USER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Ballistic operates through immutable smart contracts deployed on Solana (SOL), Binance Smart Chain (BSC), and Ethereum (ETH).
  • There is no central authority or organization overseeing or managing the platform.
  • Users interact with autonomous code and assume full responsibility for their transactions.
  • All transactions are final and irreversible once executed on the blockchain.
  • Users must understand the risks involved and take full accountability for their actions.

2. NO LIABILITY FOR USER ACTIONS

By using Ballistic, you acknowledge that:

  • Ballistic is merely a tool and does not vet or approve the projects launched through it.
  • Ballistic does not guarantee the security, legitimacy, or success of any token, project, or contract deployed through its platform.
  • Ballistic is not liable for financial losses, regulatory actions, or misuse of the platform by users.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their respective jurisdictions.
  • Ballistic does not operate in the United States of America, United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction that has strict regulations on cryptocurrency.
  • Ballistic operates without human intervention, and users bear all associated risks.

3. AUTONOMOUS SMART CONTRACTS & PERMISSIONLESS ACCESS

  • Ballistic functions exclusively through self-executing smart contracts that process transactions automatically.
  • Users must ensure they fully understand how smart contracts function before engaging with them.
  • Ballistic cannot modify or reverse transactions executed on the blockchain.

4. PRIVACY & DATA DISCLOSURE

4.1 Privacy & Anonymity

  • Ballistic does not collect or store personal user data-interactions occur entirely on-chain.
  • Blockchain transactions are publicly visible by design-any data shared on-chain remains permanently recorded.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining their own privacy (e.g., using non-custodial wallets and privacy-focused blockchain practices).

4.2 Legal Compliance & Transparency

  • While Ballistic itself does not track users, blockchain activity is inherently transparent and publicly verifiable.
  • Ballistic cannot prevent authorities from accessing blockchain data when required.
  • If higher authorities request blockchain backlogs, Ballistic has no control over blockchain transparency.
  • Users should act responsibly, as blockchain transactions are immutable and permanently recorded.

5. SECURITY & IMMUTABILITY

Ballistic is designed for maximum security and decentralization.

  • Smart contracts are deployed with security best practices, but users must conduct their own audits.
  • There is no recovery for lost access or funds-users must securely manage their wallets and keys.
  • Users must take responsibility for their own security and act accordingly.

6. NO FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

Ballistic is a neutral, open-source protocol-it does not endorse, promote, or verify any project.

  • Nothing on Ballistic should be interpreted as financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • Users must conduct their own due diligence before launching, investing in, or interacting with any digital asset.
  • Ballistic provides tools, not guarantees.

7. INDEMNIFICATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using Ballistic, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You assume all risks associated with using blockchain-based technologies.
  • Ballistic disclaims any liability for losses, legal issues, or disputes related to your transactions.
  • Ballistic is not responsible for smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, or third-party hacks.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold Ballistic harmless against any claims, damages, or regulatory actions arising from your use of the platform.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by decentralized law:

  • Ballistic is provided "as is" with no warranties, guarantees, or support.
  • Ballistic does not promise uninterrupted access or successful transactions.
  • Users assume all responsibility for interactions with smart contracts.
  • Your use of Ballistic is entirely at your own risk.

9. CHANGES TO THE PROTOCOL & TERMS

  • Ballistic cannot be changed or modified once deployed.
  • Any improvements or updates are done through community governance or new smart contract deployments.
  • Users must stay informed about updates and interact with the platform accordingly.

10. DECENTRALIZED GOVERNANCE & DISPUTES

  • Ballistic does not operate under any specific jurisdiction-it exists as autonomous blockchain code.
  • Disputes cannot be settled through centralized legal systems-transactions are governed by the rules of smart contracts.
  • Users should exercise caution and assume full responsibility for their actions.

11. TERMINATION & ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

  • Ballistic cannot restrict access-it is a permissionless, decentralized tool.
  • Users can interact with Ballistic as long as the blockchain network remains operational.
  • If a user violates legal regulations, it is their sole responsibility to handle any consequences.
  • Ballistic cannot "ban" users or provide any centralized oversight.

Ballistic operates autonomously. There is no centralized customer support.
