After launch
Post-launch tools
After this, you'll be able to fund more wallets, spread your token to holders, and keep managing your token after it is live.
Once your token is live, a set of tools on its page helps you manage it. They move SOL and your launched token across your worker wallets, the wallets Ballistic uses to buy, sell and hold for you. Everything here moves real money and real tokens, so read What can go wrong before you fire.
Fund wallets after launch
The fund-wallets control sends SOL from the launch's funding wallet to the worker wallets you select. Use it when you want to trade or defend the chart from more wallets than you funded at launch.
Pick the wallets, set the SOL amount and confirm. Ballistic sends the SOL from the funding wallet to each selected wallet in turn.
Airdrop your token
The airdrop control sends your launched token from your wallets to other wallets. Use it to reward a community or to seed holders after launch.
Add the recipient wallets, set how much each one receives, and confirm. Ballistic sends the token in groups, so a large airdrop lands in several batches rather than all at once.
Airdrops carry a fee of 5% of the tokens you distribute (see Fees). You can start up to 10 airdrops a minute.
Trades settle in SOL
On Solana, post-launch buys and sells settle in SOL even when your token is paired against a stablecoin (USDC or USD1). Price and market cap still show in USD, so the numbers you read match the dollar value.
What can go wrong
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Some wallets didn't get funded | The funding wallet ran out of SOL partway through | Top up the funding wallet, then fund the wallets that were missed. |
| Your airdrop only partly landed | Ballistic sends the token in groups, and the batch is still running | Let the batch finish. The remaining groups send on their own, so wait before re-sending. |
| A wallet shows a tiny leftover balance | Ballistic keeps a small amount of SOL in each wallet to cover network fees | Nothing to fix. The leftover pays for transaction fees. |
